About The Author

Essie A Sullivan was born in Abbeville South Carolina and raised in Greenville South Carolina. I am very passionate about women’s self-esteem and believe that women are important in the way that they are treated or made to feel. However, I believe that everyone’s self-esteem is important and loving yourself along with having a relationship with Jesus is the reason why we can know who we are and not apologize for havjng a great healthy self-esteem. I have personally been victorious in overcoming low self-esteem issues! This my first book “Hold Your Head Up Your Self-Esteem Matters!” Thus, I am a born-again believer in Christ Jesus, a mother of 3 wonderful grown children that I was successful able to raise as a single-parent with the help of the Lord after 18 years of marriage I experienced a divorce. Although, my low-self-esteem was tested and tried, I was still determined to earn a Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Strayer University School of Business in Greenville South Carolina! I am so happy to have earned such a prestigious degree! In conclusion, I enjoy teaching about self-esteem in small groups and conferences as a licensed evangelist and prayer intercessor!
