Reluctant Achiever
No plans to go to college and was desirious of getting a job to assisthis siblings to farther their education. Subquently the Military requested that I be examined to determine my eligibility for the military, I enrolled in Northeast Louisiana State College, a local college in my hometown. After being warned that upon graduation, I would be first on the draft list… I stayed in ROTC nd chose a science field over art, which I had an affinity to. To avoid walking in the jungles of Viet Nam, I took flight training. Academically, when all was said and done, I accrued the following Degrees: BS Physics, MS Mathematics Northwestern Louisiana State University, MS Electrical Engineering & Computer Science,University of New Mexico, MS Physics, University of New Mexico, and a PhD Physics, Howard University. In summary, I ended up with a carreer that spanned some 40 years that included
years of teaching experience at the college level; a variety of other experiences and positions held in the military, Federal government and industry. These are: Army officer, systems analyst, mathematician, and scientist. A number of years of experience in battle management and scientific research; whereby, emphasis was placed extensively on applied mathematic, mathematical modeling, classical Physics and Engineering.
Never the less, Circumstances after circumstances, I found myself in different situations… Be it love, jobs, or what have you… Never was one to confront, however, a situation presented itself in SC where I was force to fight false claims, and stand up for my constitutional right. This required that I file a title
42 suit. Again being force to operate out of my elements or comfort zone, and as if it could not get any worse, I had to act Pro Se.
